Community sessions are acupuncture sessions in a group setting. Needles will be placed in the ears for auricular acupuncture. Additional needles may be placed in easily accessible areas like the hands or feet. The needles will be retained for 30-40 minutes while you focus on the internal self, quiet the mind, and connect with your Spirit. The needles can be removed at any time before the 30-40 minutes is up --just let the practitioner know you would like them taken out by waving them over. When everyone has needles in, the practitioner will turn the lights down so everyone can rest. There will be gentle music playing during the session.
The community acupuncture sessions are on Sunday afternoons at 3 PM. Space is limited so appointments are required.
Community sessions are a sliding fee scale of $15-$40, pay what you can, no questions asked.
Payment accepted: cash, check, Cash App, Venmo, or Paypal. Payment due at time of service.

Everyone will be receiving the Five Needle Protocol points which helps treat traumas, substance misuse, abuse, and mental health conditions. This protocol is really helpful in times of crisis. Note: You do not need to be experiencing any of those things to receive treatment. It is really great for calming and relaxation also.
Benefits of the Five Needle Protocol
Increased calmness, better sleep
Decrease in anxiety and agitation
Reduced cravings from alcohol and other drugs
Relief from stress and trauma
Easier connection with counseling and other health and healing treatments.
Auricular acupuncture theory - is based on the idea that the ear is a microcosm of the body and by stimulating specific points on the ear, can treat conditions throughout the body.
