Healing is collaborative, intentional, and tailored to your unique needs. I focus on treating the root cause, not just the symptoms, by addressing the physical, emotional, and energetic layers of your experience.

I work with people seeking physical, emotional, and energetic support, including:
Whether your goals are clinical, emotional, or energetic, I tailor care to meet you where you are.
I am often asked 'what got you into acupuncture?' I have endometriosis and it was actually one of my surgeons who recommended acupuncture for any post-operative pelvic pain. With the stage of disease I had, it was likely the lesions had created their own nerve pathways which could not be removed during excision surgery. So a few months after surgery I started getting acupuncture and a few months after that, I felt substantially better--so much better I gave up my career in government to go back to school to study this amazing medicine. There is so much to learn and it is pretty amazing.
If you are ready to restore balance, release tension, and reconnect with your body and spirit, I would be honored to support your journey.
